The proposed Town Center project will create a new focal point within our City. The highlights of the development will be civic uses, mixed-use main street and town square, visitor serving uses and a variety of residential housing types within an urban setting. The City is currently in the planning and development stage for the project. Town Hall Meetings occurred in early 2006.

Through this website the City encourages our community to participate in the Project’s planning efforts. We invite all residents of American Canyon to use this website and be informed about the planning and development process for the Town Center.

The City is working with American Canyon I, LLC, the developer for the Town Center.
