Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) agreed
that the 70-acre part of the site be within City’s sphere

Spring/Summer 2005 |
Work began to gain Public
Utility Commission (PUC) approval for the railroad crossing at
South Napa Junction Road for the Town Center. Without the Rail
Road crossing, the project cannot be realized. The PUC is expected
to render a decision in 2006. |

Two community meetings - ‘Town
Hall Meetings’ occurred
to gain public input on desired land uses and activities. |

The developer submitted project applications
with the City Planning Department. |
