Construction within the Specific Plan area will be phased. The developer anticipates that the timeframe for Town Center construction is 3-5 years. The schedule is subject to market conditions and permitting considerations. Infrastructure extensions will be made as needed to service the constructed portions of the project.

In the first phase, the developer proposes to construct South Napa Junction Road to connect Broadway to Newell Drive. This phase will also include the residential neighborhoods that are accessible from this road.
