The Town Center will create a new focal point within our City. The highlights of the development will be civic uses, mixed-use main street and town square, visitor serving uses and a variety of residential housing types within an urban setting. The design emphasizes pedestrian corridors and linkages between civic, commercial, residential and recreational areas.
