The Planning process for the
Town Center began as early as 1994 when the City designated the 100-acre
parcel as ‘Town Center’ in the City’s General Plan.
American Canyon I, LLC purchased the property and presented their intent
to the City to develop the site as envisioned in the General Plan. Click

planning efforts.
During the development of a project, planning actions must take place in
