- View as a PowerPoint
Slideshow
- Click on the "View as PowerPoint Slideshow" if you have Microsoft PowerPoint
installed on your computer. After you click, a "Town_Hall_Presentation.pps" window
will open. You can chose to open the presentation by selecting the "Open
with" tab
and clicking "OK" or save the presentation on your computer by
selecting "Save to Disk" and clicking "OK". The page can be closed by selecting "Cancel".
The PowerPoint presentation will take about 2-3 minutes to download
on your computer, depending on the transfer rate. The presentation
will open in a new window. Following this, the presentation will
automatically launch and the slides will change every 5-6 seconds.
To manually browse through the presentation slides, either click
your mouse button or use the right and left arrow keys. Hit escape
to exit the presentation and close the window by hitting "X" at the
upper right corner of your window.
- View as HTML
- Click on the "View as HTML" if you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint installed
on your computer. The presentation will open in a new window. Navigate
through the presentation by clicking on the slide names on the left
or click on the left or right arrows at the center of the bar at
the bottom of the page. Close the window by hitting "X" at the upper right
corner of your window.
