The Village residential areas
provide a range of different housing options. This area, to include up
to 280 units, is generally less dense than the Mixed Use Village, and,
is not expected to contain commercial uses. Homes in this area will generally
range from 4-14 dwelling units per acre. These homes fall into the following
two categories:
- Single Family Detached Residential
- A variety of small lot and standard lot single-family uses is anticipated.
- Single Family Attached Residential
- A variety of attached single-family homes in townhouse and condominium
configurations are anticipated. This may include duets, row house and
cluster configurations in 2- and 3-story buildings.
