Site Location

The Town Center site exists in the northern part of American Canyon, east of Broadway, California State Highway 29. Grasslands are found to the north of the site. The city recently approved new housing development to the south. Railroad tracks and existing development occurs to the west. An extension of Newell Drive and grassland bound the site on the east.

Topography

The site generally slopes from the foothills on the eastern edge of the property along Newell Drive, to the flat plain area on the western side. The areas of higher elevation along the eastern edge afford views across the town to the west.
