Streets

Residents and visitors will access the Town Center via its road and street system. Accordingly, the proposed collector and local residential streets aim to create an integrated network for pedestrians, bicyclists and automobiles. Narrow cross sections with traffic-calming measures, bike lanes, and sidewalks separated by parkways will reinforce and support the pedestrian character of the community.

Infrastructure Plan

The primary infrastructure systems will be sized to meet the demands created by build out of the proposed project. New infrastructure systems will be constructed as a part of this project, including sanitary sewer, water, recycled water, storm drain and dry utilities.
