Regional Access
Regional access to the site is achieved from Broadway (Highway 29), which provides a major north-south link in Napa County, and from American Canyon Road, which provides an east-west link to Interstate 80. On the site’s east side, the extension of Newell Drive (Flosden), if approved, will provide a second regional north-south link through American Canyon.

Local Circulation
Connecting from the regional road system will be a series of local roads for the site. South Napa Junction Road will connect Broadway and Newell Drive through the Town Center site. Additional connections to the surrounding area will be provided by roads leading from the site to Newell Drive, as well as roads connecting to the residential community directly to the south, which is still under construction.
